Returns & Refund Policy for Northern Cult Coffee

Returns Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

General Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

  • Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 


 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please let us know immediately, using the form here: https://northerncultcoffee.co.uk/pages/returns so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 


 

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure about the return eligibility of a specific item, please contact us before making a return.

 


 

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the quickest way is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.

 


 

Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timeline: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Follow-Up: If your refund hasn’t appeared after 15 business days, contact us at heyup@northerncultcoffee.co.uk .

 


 

Cancellations and Subscriptions

  • Order Cancellation: In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you will be unable to cancel an order that has been placed as Northern Cult Coffee only supplies freshly roasted coffee to order.

  • Subscriptions: If you wish to cancel a subscription or recurring payment, contact us at least 2 business days before your next billing date at heyup@northerncultcoffee.co.uk 

  • Failed Payments: For recurring subscriptions, failed payments will be retried up to 3 times. If payment still cannot be processed, your subscription will be paused, and we will contact you.
