Shipping Policy for Northern Cult Coffee

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to mainland UK only. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to international locations or areas outside the UK mainland.

Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate: £3.99 for all orders delivered within mainland UK.

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £35.

  • Next working day: £6.99 DPD

Processing and Delivery Times

At Northern Cult Coffee, we prioritise freshness. Orders are dispatched as soon as your coffee is freshly roasted, and from roast to delivery, the process generally takes 2–3 business days.

  • Processing and Delivery: Once roasted, your order is shipped using Royal Mail 48 service, which typically delivers within 2–3 days.

  • Most customers receive their orders within this timeframe, ensuring your coffee is as fresh as possible.

Shipping Service

All orders below 2kg are shipped using Royal Mail 48, which includes tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Use this to monitor your shipment's progress. Orders over 2kg will be shipped via DPD's next working day service. Please note, DPD's service is next working day, once the order has been roasted and packaged. Busy times of year such as Christmas may lead to longer processing times. 
We provide an estimated processing and delivery time on each product page. Although these are estimates, please refer to these when considering your order. 

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at heyup@northerncultcoffee.co.uk as soon as possible. Include your order number and any relevant details. We will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue promptly.

Changes to Shipping Information

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at [insert email address]. Please note that we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or dispatched.

Local Pickup

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer local pickup options.
